My name is Bairbre, hence the name Bairify - Irish born and raised (Bairbre is an Irish alternative spelling of Barbara). I grew up with a strong sense of loyalty and drive to get things done which characterises how I operate to this day. I have over 35 years of experience in team management, operational change, process management and leadership. I started in early 2023 when I saw a need for practical hands-on support in operational excellence of small companies, or of small departments of medium sized companies.

I had previously spent (too) many years in a range of companies where all too often we badly needed external consultancy for useful insights and sound advice, but when it came to the practical rollout it got complex, timely and very costly.

I have been at the other side of the table - operating on gut feeling, using my experience and knowledge as best I can, but that just wasn’t enough. I so often needed practical help to get to the next step.

My reaction now is to be that person that I often looked for when managing departments on company - someone who spends time on the ground, works out what is needed, presents a coherent plan and rolls it out.

I get stuck in, I get my hands dirty - I lead by example and when you are up and running with an enhanced flow, I step out again. It’s not about me and what I do, it is about you and your company and ensuring it is as future-proof as possible. Together we bring it to the next level improving efficiency, process and communication flow while also protecting - and using - your valuable data.
